The Great Sphinx.
The famous sphinx at Giza desert is the oldest so far that the Egyptian civilization had left. The original titles and names for the sphinx in ancient Egypt were many such as " Pw Her , Her M Akht , Shesp Ankh …" And more. While the title that survived the most is a Greek title which is "sphinx", in the old Greek language that title means a creature that gathers between a human and an animal. The sphinx of Giza is 70 m long and 21 m high, dates back to the 4th dynasty, reign of king Chephren, about 2600 B C. "I painted this in the year 2000"Tuesday, July 11, 2006,Posted by Yasser Kamel.

This is a copy from the original papyrus book of the dead which belongs to HU-NEFER who was an ancient Egyptian Royal Scribe.
The original one is a masterpiece displayed at the British museum and dates back to 1400 BC.This part of Im dwat or book of the dead represents a famous ritual called " The opening of the mouth " where you see the dead himself is mummified ,two wailers before the mummy, two priests and his son participate in the ceremony . The ritual has its own instruments which include a wooden hammer usually used by the mummifier to help in opening the mouth of the mummy in order to feed it with milk. In addition to the use of many musical instruments and some containers for incense, oils and perfumes . The whole idea is about trying to innervate the human senses.

This is a replica to a real masterpiece displayed at Cairo museum. Narmer's tablet is the oldest document about history of mankind in general and specifically the Egyptian history as it dates back to 3200 BC, 1st dynasty. I carved it for the honour of the ancient Egyptian Artist and for the great king who unified Egypt. This piece has two faces " A & B "

London mathematical papyrus
A triangle with matching angles makes a shape with two equal triangular sides, this shape may have a right angle diameter while a shape with four matching sides may have two cross- diameters each is right angle.
A four sided shape ,once it gets divided equally it makes two matching angles then that shape turns to be a six sided one with two other matching angles creating two triangular with equal angles at the bases.
As for a circle, it can turn to a triangular once it gets divided into equal sides. But never the diameter's angles be sharp" or once it becomes sharp never creates a triangular shape" but once it has equal sides it can be making two triangular.

This is a replica to t he original mathematical papyrus called the" Rend "I painted it on a sheet of modern papyrus. The original is a great masterpiece kept in the British museum and known as London mathematical papyrus. The Rend papyrus dates back to the middle kingdom around 1900 BC .It was used by a master mathematician to teach his students in the scribe schools which were often founded by the temples of ancient Egypt. The Rhend papyrus covers 87 mathematical issues relate to triangle, circles, squares, trapezoids and so on. The papyrus is much older than any Greek or Roman knowledge about this subject.

古代 イジプト人 は 玉虫 と 黄金虫゛こがねむし゛ も 礼拝しました。古代 イジプト の 神話 に その 虫 は うまれかわり 事 と 転生 てんせい 事 も 合わされていました。先古国 時代 に イジプト の 神官 は 虫 の 変化 と てんせいこと に おなじ と お思いました。しょみんてき、 玉虫 と 黄金虫 は 完全な せいかつかん が 持ちます。こうちゅ は 何時も 産卵 ゛さんらん゛を して、あとで、卵 から仔虫 出る。あとで、仔虫 は 繭 を おり ,仔虫は繭 の 中、ついでに 蛹 が なります。スカラブ 神様 象刑文字 で ケビル です。
玉虫 と 黄金虫 は 完全 な せいかつかん が 持ちます。
玉虫、 古代 イジプト から 中国 と 日本国 まで です。

Komombow's calendar .
This carving is among the most famous carvings that are found at the temple of komombow.
It was made by the ancient Egyptians around 2000 years ago. It represents the annual diary or the agenda for use of priests and priestesses of Komombow, in order to organize the service and the rituals of the local feminine goddesses; the use of it is so limited to this temple.
This carving is divided into three panels ,the first describes the date and the month, the second details the type of service presented, while the third is about the local gods consorts .It is read from the right counts "day which is a sun disc ,23rd ,10 is like an inverted U letter till 28th then 29th is different as 9 is a sun disc with a dash in it's center while 30th day is given a determinative character in the form of an animal tail to the emphasize the end of the month". Then starts over again reporting a new month which the third one of the flood season which is four month in total, reads the 3rd month flood, 1st day then the counting go in a normal order as you can follow.

Komombow's surgical tablet
Ancient Egypt had medicine since its archaic history and they practiced surgery since 3000 B C. Besides the finds of the ancient surgical instruments, we still count Komombow's surgical tablet to be the most fascinating. It shows all instruments that any expert still to use, forceps ,spatulae , hooks ,pinchers ,spoons, needles ,saws ,pipes ,Air cups, sensitive scales and birthing chairs. This carving is more than 2000 years old.

The Egyptian museum is above hundred years old
The Egyptian museum is above hundred years old and counted to be the biggest ever in contents. The masterpieces exceed hundred-thousand. The museum was founded by the French scholar Auguste Marirtte in 1853 in a smaller scale while the current one, was opened in 1902.
Pair of rose-granite sphinxes belong to king Thutmoses IV about 1400 BC, both date back to 18th dynasty. Museum's garden.
A figure in granite represents the king in a childish style with the sun disc above it's head while next to him from the left the heqa crook "means ruler" and god Amun is shown to the right of the king. The whole carving is a representation of the name of king Ramsess II
Another statue for Ramsess II carved in red granite dates back to the 19th dynasty around 1200 BC.

Schools of Art
In ancient Egypt, schools of art were various and differences between each other were often let to exist and appear over walls of temples or scenes of royal tombs. This space of freedom allowed competition and creation between master artists and schools each other however no artist was let to break the code of work or step far from the general rules of Art.
Here I could observe three different styles refer to having three schools getting involved in creating the carvings for Queen Hatshipsuit at her great temple built on the west bank of luxor about 1400 B C. As matter of fact without any of the moulds or templates no carving can be done with that precision for countless of times "The moulds and the templates are kept in Cairo museum." Here we can see style A, style B and style C. As moulds are different per school so the outcome should be slightly different . The example we use here represents the falcon god Horus.
Style.A. The falcon has a long tail and a short wing.
Style.B. The falcon has an even tail and wing.
Style.C. The falcon has a long wing and a short tail.

Who was Osiris ?
Till now we still have a debate on the nature of Osiris, was it a superstitious character or a real one. The ancient Egyptian mythology and the funeral texts all refer to Osiris as one of the kings that ruled the northern kingdom before the unification period. The legend of Osiris describes Osiris as a demi god that ruled Egypt north kingdom while rivaled by Seth who was also described to be a demi god equally to Osiris .Also it mentions Horus as a king ruled Egypt all after Osiris death as he was introduced as the legal son of Osiris and his successor, so it is possible that the two couples that ruled Egypt were real characters. Some of the Egyptologists believe Osiris to be one of the early rulers to Egypt in its Archaic history and some had done some digs at Abydos as one the main and the oldest cenotaphs or memorials of Osiris. The ancients believed that Abydos had the birth of Osiris and at least his head due to that the voyage of Abydos or the pilgrimage to Osiris holy land was launched by ancients of Egypt pilgrims since the old kingdom about 2878 BC where they left their own votive stelae.Only Osiris and Horus we could find their names framed in the royal frames "cartouche" .Osiris name in his cartouche is read" Wennefer " while Horus is named "Hersmatawi "as I could see these names repeated in several temples so I belong to the group that believe in Osiris to be one our antique kings , the same for Horus.

One of the rare carvings for king Seti l before Seth. Alexandria, 1300 BC.
After the death of Osiris by his brother seth or set his evil exceeded his southern kingdom and controlled the whole of Kemet "Egypt" ,therefore, the Egyptians all had to ask the help of Horus son of Isis and Osiris against his uncle seth . Then due to that Horus left the northern kingdom to fight Seth all the way. By the time Osiris get killed the court of the gods had been called against seth with presence of Horus, Ra,Isis,Maat,Thot the advocate and the jury all, Seth had been claimed guilty and court accused him for the murder of Osiris. The verdict contained depriving Seth to appear or to exist in his actual shape on earth all and stop Egyptians from call his name write it and from building him any temple ever. But his power did not fade and he started to other forms to appear such as snakes, pythons, crocodiles and hippopotami .Then early Christians in Egypt made him to exist as a dragon against their saints per each icon. This carving is from the interior of the enclosure of Edfu temple which is a lot more than 2000 years old.

Horus and Seth.B
Then Seth sat on the throne and ruled as a king and a great god for all of Kemet and its two lands.

The main carving that represents the fight between Horus and Seth is divided into ten stages where you can see the hippopotamus is stabbed and cut within these ten stages .Most probably the idea to dismember seth is a retaliation to the previous action taken by seth after Osiris death and once his body had been dismembered by Seth leaving no chance for Osiris to have a reincarnation.
The first stab and cut is in the neck of the hippopotamus.
The second stab and cut is in the area of the head.
The third stab and cut is in the heart.

The tenth stab and the last is done into his dead body.
The carving of the fight between the Falcon and the Hippopotamus was always an attraction to visit the whole temple however not finding any reference that translates the text around these massive carvings, therefore I found my self interested to do its translation from the late Hieroglyphs to English which I think can help more in understanding the whole meaning.
